VivaMK work extremely hard to ensure your order is 100% accurate. However, should you have a missing item then this needs to be reported to VivaMK within 24 hours of taking receipt of your order, so we can do a thorough investigation and achieve a speedy resolution.

Your account number and order number 


The item(s) missing and qty 


Any additional items received


Photos of the packing slip


Once we have this information we can start the investigation and get back to you ASAP.
